Family agreement
Sign it when you are calm. The wheel and the chart should use the same words as this page.
Our agreement
Names: _______________________________________________
If we use spanking, it is a choice we already agreed to, done calm and never in anger, and either adult can leave it off the list. We will not use humiliation or taking food away as consequences. If we are too upset to follow this page, we wait and use it later.

Why the last box is already filled in
It matches the wheel. Spanking can be one of your agreed consequences if it fits your family. It is parent-chosen, it can be turned off, and it is calm, never in anger. Some organizations, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, advise against it. This page is where you write what you will actually do, not a number you invent while you are upset.
Teens can propose the consequences. HealthyChildren notes that older children often suggest something stricter than you will. You still cross out what you will not do. University of Nevada Extension’s teen guide is a practical companion: calm tone, one choice, then act.
Put the finished lines on the wheel so the spin cannot wander off the agreement.
