Terms of service

Effective November 3, 2026. By using https://consequencewheel.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who operates the site

[LEGAL NAME] operates ConsequenceWheel. The mailing address will replace [MAILING ADDRESS] when it is published. Contact hello@consequencewheel.com.

What this is

The site publishes general information and a free browser tool that chooses among options you leave switched on. It is not medical, mental-health, therapy, educational, or legal advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Read the disclaimer before you rely on a page or a spin.

Parents and caregivers decide what is appropriate for their own child and must follow the law where they live. You are responsible for the consequences you put on the wheel and for your child’s safety. This site never condones discipline done in anger, humiliation, withholding food, or abuse. If a child is unsafe, contact emergency services or a qualified professional. A spinner is not that help.

The tool

The wheel is provided as is. Suggestions can be edited or turned off. A spanking slice may be offered for a parent to leave on; it is not required, and it is only for a calm moment, never in anger. The site may reject wording for food deprivation or humiliation. That filter is not a guarantee that every phrase will be caught, and it is not an endorsement of whatever else you type.

Wheel data stays in your browser, as described in the privacy policy. We do not receive it when you spin.

The app and the waitlist

Links to https://app.consequencewheel.com point at the planned app address. The app may be unavailable. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and not a promise of a launch date, a feature, or a price. No app price is set on this site. When accounts exist, they are intended to be private to that family and to an admin who operates the service. Do not submit someone else’s email without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the waitlist, probe or break the site, send spam, or use the site to plan or excuse harm to a child. We may refuse a submission or remove a page that breaks these terms.

Content

The writing and the wheel interface are original to this site except where a page links to an outside source. Those sources have their own terms. You may print the printables for your own family. You may not copy the site and present it as your product. We can change or remove pages as the product changes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the wheel are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a suggestion is right for your child, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that a filter will catch every phrase.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site operator is not liable for decisions you make using the wheel or the articles, or for lost data stored only in your browser. If a limitation like that is not allowed where you live, it applies only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for harm caused by willful misconduct where the law forbids that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Nebraska are the venue for disputes, except where a law gives you a forum that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer with non-waivable rights, those rights still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
